It may have not been revealed at the show, but for many gamers, there was a thought that all those beautiful new games may have been showcased on the PlayStation Neo
I mean PlayStation fans got a little spoilt this year with some amazing looking games like Days Gone, God of War Detroit, Spiderman, the list goes on, and they all looked stunning. I know I was one of the many skeptics who thought that perhaps these games were running on a Neo system, just so Sony could show off the best possible version of the game. Plus many of the games on show didn’t have anything like a release date so it could have been feasible that these games were running on the a Neo. So even though the new machine wasn’t announced, at E3 it could have been sneaking around behind the scenes and stole the show anyway.
Thankfully Sony’s Shuhei Yoshida has taken to Twitter to set the record straight and confirmed that all the game showcased this year were running on a standard PS4. Hurrah for Sony
