Oh yes, the crossover you never knew you wanted is coming.
We’ve gotten word today that Techland and Psyonix have teamed up to bring some Dying Light content into Rocket League and vice versa.
Dying Light: The Following introduced buggies into the series in order to traverse the enormous countryside and Harran and now, you can equip Rocket League paint jobs to your buggies which you can redeem here with the code LightMyRocket.
In Rocket League, you can kit our your battle cars with Dying Light themed ‘stuff’, as it’s put so eloquently in the press release.
Tymon Smektala, Producer at Techland had this to say regarding the team-up;
“We’re huge fans of Rocket League and because both games offer great driving fun, we thought why not just partner up and give fans of both games some unique stuff.”
Social Media Marketing Manager Kyle Leommon said;
“Rocket League’s continuing success helped us foster some really awesome partnerships for Psyonix, so when Techland reached out to us we thought being included in a AAA title like Dying Light made a whole lot of sense for both communities”.
