Recently, Telltale Games has been promoting their latest addition to The Walking Dead game with a miniature series involving Michonne’s story. Almost 3 years after Season 2 was released, Telltale Games CEO Kevin Bruner revealed in an interview with Mashable the plans they have on the continuation of the main story line with a 3rd season set to premiere later this year.

“The way that we’re dealing with and validating and retaining all those different playthroughs is really cool and unexpected and, I think, pretty innovative from the storytelling point of view.” -Kevin Bruner

New and old players should be able to pick up where the story left off regardless of whether they played the previous seasons while honoring the decisions made in Season 2. Bruner hopes that this format will invite fans of the franchise to try out their game.

In regards to decision-making made in previous seasons of The Walking Dead, Bruner stated that they are working on their cloud service to ensure players can transfer the decisions made in Seasons 1 and 2 into Season 3. Further details will be presented around the time of the San Diego Comic Con.

Spoiler Alert: There is a possibility that Clementine might appear in the upcoming season.

In 2011, the PlayStation Network was breached which endangered the private account information of various users and resulted in a shut down of the network. 4 years later a settlement was reached and those who claimed to have been affected were able to select from a variety of different forms of compensation. These included a free game code for a PS3, PSP, or a PS Vita  game and themes of their choice. There was also an option to obtain a PSN subscription or credit instead.

Almost 5 years after the incident, claimers are finally receiving their game codes via emails. If you made a claim during that time, check to see if you received yours. If you downloaded a free game when PSN got back online through the “Welcome Back” offer, you’ll get one game. If you did not, then you should be able to get 2 games.
